+Perto é um programa de Enfermagem de Reabilitação Tecnológico implementado pelo Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa, que surgir da necessidade de encurtar a distância e de uma forma inovadora e pioneira dar uma resposta rápida aos utentes submetidos a Artroplastia Total do Joelho do Serviço de Ortopedia. Com este programa será possível permitir melhorar o conhecimento, aumentar a literacia em saúde e possibilitar uma adequada capacitação pré-operatória e recuperação pós-operatória.
